Authorities continue to investigate an unattended death Westborough, Massachusetts, on Wednesday morning.
A man was reportedly working on a semi-trailer when he died as the result of a "tragic accident," the Worcester District Attorney's Office said.
The man was identified Thursday as Pablo Franciso Otano Aponte, 28, of Worcester.
The district attorney's office said the matter remains under investigation.

The Occupational Safety and Health Administration had said on Wednesday that they were aware of the incident and were responding.
