Vermonters can cast their ballots early in the presidential primary elections. Secretary of State Jim Condos says the early voting period started on Friday.
He says voters can request a ballot from their town or city clerks by phone, email, online or in person.
They may return their ballot by mail or in person on or before the presidential primary election on March 3
