INGREDIENTS:
- 3 oz of fish
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- ½ Corn starch
- ½ cup milk
- ½ cup water
- ¼ teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups Canola oil in shallow frying pan
PREPARATION:
- Bring canola oil up to 350 degrees
- Gently add breaded fish into pan
- Cook on each side for 2-3 minutes or until golden brown
