New Thai Restaurant Coming to Inman Square

It looks like a new restaurant that features Thai food may be on its way to Cambridge.

According to a license commission agenda page within the city's website, Pineapple Thai Cuisine, LLC has applied for a common victualler license to operate on Cambridge Street in Inman Square, with the address indicating that it plans to take over the space where Cafe Restaurant Lisboa had once been. Very little is known about the 26-seat restaurant other than the fact that it is looking to be open for lunch and dinner Monday through Saturday and dinner only on Sunday, so stay tuned for updates. (It is also not known whether it will be called "Pineapple Thai Cuisine" or whether this is just the name of the parent company.)
