A man and a girl were shot in Boston's Dorchester neighborhood Wednesday night, according to authorities.
Officers responded to Fuller Street at about 9:26 p.m. for reports of two people shot, Boston police said.
When officers arrived, they found the man and girl suffering from gunshot wounds, police said.
"One of the victims was suffering from life threatening injuries but it is unknown which and the extent of the other victim’s injuries at this time," said police Thursday in a release.

Both were taken to the hospital. Their names weren't immediately released.
The shooting remains under investigation.
