They won three Super Bowl titles, and Vrabel even caught a touchdown pass from the Patriots quarterback in the team's win over the Philadelphia Eagles in Super Bowl XXXIX.
The Patriots are in Tennessee this week to practice against the Titans ahead of their preseason game Saturday night in Nashville. Vrabel is entering his second season as Titans head coach, while Brady has yet to relinquish his role as Patriots starting quarterback.
Brady was walking onto the field for Wednesday's practice when Vrabel started chirping his old teammate. The 42-year-old quarterback responded by essentially telling the former Patriots linebacker to worry about his own team. It was all in good fun, of course.

Brady and Vrabel are both ultra competitive, so even though these are just August practices, you know the six-time Super Bowl champion wanted to dominate his old teammate's defense on its own practice field. And according to Vrabel, Brady wasn't shy about telling him what areas needed to be addressed.
The Patriots and Titans will hold one more joint practice Thursday.
