Small Earthquake Reported in New Hampshire

The earthquake reached a magnitude of 1.7 and was centered about 3.3 miles northeast of Contoocook, which is near Concord, the U.S. Geological Survey said.

Did you feel it, Granite State residents? A small earthquake hit New Hampshire on Saturday afternoon.

The earthquake reached a magnitude of 1.7 and was centered about 3.3 miles northeast of Contoocook, which is near Concord, the U.S. Geological Survey said.

The minor quake hit just after 6 p.m., according to the USGS.

There are no reports of any damage.
