Burgerim to Open at the Burlington Mall

by Marc Hurwitz

A burger chain with roots overseas is opening its first location in Massachusetts, and it will reside in a northern suburb of Boston.

According to an article in the Patch, Burgerim is planning to open a shop at the Burlington Mall, with the eatery offering "miniburgers" that are a bit larger than the typical slider and can be ordered in packs of two or three, or a party pack of 16. (Burger options include beef, turkey, chicken, salmon, lamb, veggie, and more.) Currently, the only location of Burgerim in New England is in Brookfield, CT, though three other locations are slated to open in Connecticut as well as two in New Hampshire.

The Patch says that Donna Tuchner initially established the Burgerim chain in Israel, though she has since sold the chain to an investor and its headquarters are now in California.
