One person was injured in a shooting overnight in Boston's Dorchester neighborhood.
The shooting occurred in the area of 32 Elmhurst St. just before 1 a.m. Monday. A large police presence was on scene.
Boston police said they located an adult male victim suffering from gunshot wounds.
Boston EMS brought the victim to an area hospital. He is expected to survive.

No arrests have been made and the incident remains under investigation.
