A death investigation is underway in Worcester, Massachusetts after the body of a man was found inside a home on Monday night.
Police said the Valley Hill Drive location is the same home where 27-year-old Justin Ramos was last seen on Jan. 9th. Authorities said he was reportedly there for a party and went missing.
Police have not said however if the body discovered is Ramos.
On Tuesday, police arrested Xavier Broughton, 32, who lives at the home.
Broughton has been charged with disinterment of a human body and misleading a police investigation.
It's unclear when Broughton will appear in court to answer to the charges or if he has an attorney.
Authorities said the state medical examiner’s office will perform an autopsy to determine the exact cause of death of the body found in the home.
